The Senior Director Clinical Operations is responsible for development, leadership and long-term strategic direction in the arena of financial and operational management over BGMC/GVI Procedure Labs and Specialty Clinics. This role will also provide management oversight as needed in the Cath Lab of Olean, Brooks, Suburban and Niagara Falls Memorial hospitals. Directly manages the operations of the Site encompassing strategic and programmatic planning, marketing, business development, space planning, human resources, technical finance operations, and all relationships impacting the financial health of the organization. Reviews and coordinates business relationships with physician and physician practices to ensure that the needs of the organization are effectively met.

The position requires administrative, financial, strategic planning, marketing, and public relations skills and requires extensive interaction with internal and external stakeholders. This individual will be responsible, in collaboration with the Site President, COO, CMO for clinical and in certain circumstances, non-clinical decision making. In cases of emergencies or staff absences the incumbent will be expected to assess and treat patients.
