The integrated full-service solutions leverage a 97-year legacy in event management as well as new technologies to deliver moments that matter. **Summary** The Senior Director – Technology Services role is responsible for all facets of technical product offerings and services. This role involves strategic planning, management of technology resources, and ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives. The Senior Director – Technology Services leader will manage a team of other leaders responsible for oversite of key disciplines, manage budgets, and drive transformational projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations: + Dallas, TX + Las Vegas, NV + Orlando, FL **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Lead and mentor Technology services team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement + Develop and execute strategic audio/visual technologies plan that focuses on reliability, scalability, and efficiency, aligning with the organization’s goals + Drive simplification of practices and offerings in pursuit of efficiency and labor savings + Collaborate with Growth and Design Units to ensure Delivery alignment with go to market strategies + Lead technology transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy products/systems, adopting emerging technologies, and implementing solutions to enhance customer experience and streamline processes + Create, implement and manage standards and practices to ensure the upmost quality in execution + Manage the development of product and service roadmaps to ensure innovation, development and execution across all disciplines + Formulate budget priorities, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources, and manage procurement processes + Standardize ROI evaluations to be routinely applied when considering new purchases + Develop, implement and manage pricing models for products and services + Establish regular communication of new technology or process + Develop, implement and maintain change management methodology to support transitions to new technology or processes + Form, vet and support methodology for equipment purchases + Perform other duties as assigned **Education & Experience** + Master’s degree preferred, Bachelor's degree from a 4 year accredited institution with relevant experience required + Minimum of 8 years industry experience with 5+ years in a leadership role + Proven experience in strategic product planning and execution + Strong knowledge of audio/visual technology and products + Experience with budget management and resource allocation + Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills + Demonstrated experience leading the works of others + Must possess an ability to foster high standards, coach, inspire and lead + Ability to influence and inspire action with a focus on driving business results + Must be an innovative problem solver with the ability to deal quickly and effectively with issues + Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and large programs + Very strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence, as necessary to work effectively with constituents at all levels + Must be able to demonstrate a high level of intelligence, independent reasoning, excellent analytical skills and judgment with a strong business acumen + Ability to clearly instruct and demonstrate the set up and operation of lighting equipment and rigging operations with in our industry + Ability to communicate in person or over the phone how to perform various equipment related operation + Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, equipment specifications and financial reports + Must be comfortable independently evaluating a situation, exercising judgment, and independently making a decision + Meticulous attention to detail as well as superior organizational and creative thinking skills + Must have experience juggling multiple clients with competing demands + Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with numerous business teams + Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, customers, or regulatory agencies + Ability to write training programs and articles for publications that conform to prescribed style and format + Ability to effectively adjust presentation style to a variety of audiences, i.e. top management, technicians, or clients + Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and plane geometry + Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations + Ability to relate and conduct theoretical discussions as applicable to specific technical topics + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form + Must be detail oriented and a self-motivated team player (willing to jump in at any point to get a project done) + Advanced experience with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required **Travel Requirements** Travel 25% to 50% **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
