**Description**
**Introduction**
CSG Ambulatory EHR Operations- is responsible for the development and deployment of enterprise implementation standards for operation initiatives across the enterprise for both clinical and non-clinical end users. This includes all phases of the project lifecycle including but not limited to determining strategic project timeline, leading front office and clinical discovery, validating vendor services, determine the educational and communication strategy, resource management, and leading a successful implementation. This team is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating processes that support AEHR processes and HCA enterprise-wide implementations.
**Job Summary and Qualifications**
+ Identifies, documents, reinforces, socializes, suggests, and improves processes, standards, and best practices, as needed for AEHR and enterprise-wide implementation of eCW, Experity, Epic, Cerner, and Meditech
+ Partner with ITG, division teams, AEHR to develop, deploy and maintain department processes, documentation, and collect lessons learned for implementations across the enterprise of eCW, Experity, Epic, Cerner, and Meditech
+ Cultivates communication processes and aligned flow of data across each of the AEHR team, Division Mangers, CPSS, ITG, Parallon and all other applicable departments
+ Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
+ Proactively and regularly meet with business owners in ITG, AEHR and division/corporate leadership to document assumptions, prepare and guide them in their roles as executive sponsors
+ Collaborate with key members of the Implementation Team, Project Directors, Corporate ITG and Division Managers, and CPSS to manage and solve issues identified during the implementation process
+ Collaborate with clinical professionals and other stakeholders across the enterprise for continuous review of process for review
+ Work with key business stakeholders across the enterprise, to facilitate a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of change with all standard EHRs
+ Leads and facilitates LEAN/process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions with corporate, Division Managers, and CPSS
+ Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
+ Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system for the enterprise standard implementation process
+ Elicit and drives process change using document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis
+ Partners with various teams and leadership to ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified and addressed in enterprise-wide implementations
+ Completes post implementation reviews across the enterprise to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects from eCW, Meditech, Cerner, Epic, and Experity
+ Stays abreast of system changes and updates as well as organizational policies, procedures, and workflows related to EHR implementations
+ Adheres to all HCA Healthcare and PSG policies, procedures and practices.
+ Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
EDUCATION:
+ Bachelor’s Degree is required
+ Six Sigma a plus
+ PMP a plus
EXPERIENCE:
+ Previous experience with implementation of an electronic health record in a hospital or outpatient setting
+ Experience with business process improvement (i.e. Lean)
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional departments
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
+ Excellent written and oral presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices
+ Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management and diverse audiences
