The successful candidate will have:
Military systems design experience requiring compliance with specifications such as MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-810Interest in supporting the full range of product development from concept through final testHands-on experience troubleshooting components, electrical assemblies, and test equipment. Major Position Responsibilities Designs, develops, and tests electrical equipment, components, circuits, or systems. Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to designs. Performs extensive testing and validation of designs to ensure reliability, performance, and safety standards are achieved.Conducts research and studies new technologies to innovate and design solutions or products.Basic Qualifications

Required Education: Associates Degree
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
Discipline/Major: General Engineering or specialized Engineering degree required
Experience: 5 - 7 years experience in a relevant function
Travel: less than 25%

Pay Range (USD) $74,550.00 - $138,450.00 Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process. Additional Compensation Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company’s Gain Sharing Program.
