As a Non-Volatile Memory QRA (NVMQRA) CXL Quality and Reliability Test Development Senior Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for Designing, developing and debugging complex test programs used to validate Micron's CXL products qualification. These test programs, and any associated tools, will be applied from early in the product development cycle through the qualification till the end of life. You will be required to write and maintain code that runs on automated equipment to verify the reliability of the device-under-test (DUT) to a given set of conditions. Additional software responsibilities may include the development and overall management of the CXL qualification database. You may also participate in the design and checkout of the hardware that is used to interface between the tester and the DUT
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Test flow development for qualificationDesign, develop and implement test procedures to assess the reliability of productsDeliver test program on time with high qualityFollow best coding practices and processDevelop automated test scripts using Python and other relevant tools.Work closely with qualification teams to generate test flow aligned with qual strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system testing strategies align with business goals and customer needs.Provide technical expertise to internal/external customer Collaborate with customer to develop custom test methods based on application usage modelCommunicate directly with customer as neededReview Customer qualification specificationsProvide risk assessment to customerAssess customer feedback and communicate them internallyProvide Expertise and Consultation Support Global Qual MeetingsOn-board new team membersTrain, mentor, and develop new talentInterface with engineering groups on quality issuesRequirement:
Computer Science engineering or related field background with BS degree or above.Python and object oriented SW code development experience 5+ yearsFluent English in both verbal and writtenDeep knowledge of semiconductor memory and data storage productsA solid understanding of industry-standard reliability test methods, acceleration models used for life predictions, and sampling statistics.Strong experience in SSD/Modules Test Development and technical standards such as PCIe/NVMe/CXL will be preferredAbout Micron Technology, Inc.
