What You Will Do

Implement and improve layout planningImprove space utilization, not only specific line but also whole production areaImplement standard work process, include routing minutes, Yamazumi chart and etc.,Improve labor efficiency to meet targetLead Just in Time production through lean tools, such as VSM, Continue flow, Kanban/ pulling system

What You Need

Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing/ Industry/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or EquivalentMinimum 5 years related IE experience, and good process experience on SMT/ Electronic AssemblyAbility to work independently and communicate well in multi-cultural environmentGood analytical and presentation skillsResult oriented and good time managementGood teamwork and willing to share with othersExperience on Auto CAD, SAP, Minitab and MS office application (incl. Excel, Power Point, etc.)Good spoken and written English

What is Nice to Have

Six Sigma Green Belt CertificationProject Management CertificationProgram Development Skill is preferredAutomotive experience is preferred
