JR70066 Sr Engineer, YE Yield Integration

As a YE Yield Integration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our engineering team, working on ambitious projects that drive product quality and yield improvements. Lead collaboration with engineering partners to identify and drive quality and yield improvements using advance data analytics, failure analysis, MBPS methodology, and other innovative solutions.

Perform in-depth analysis on semiconductor manufacturing raw data, including wafer fabrication, yield, defect rates, and relevant test results to identify, diagnose, root-cause, and resolve manufacturing problems.

Conduct long-term investigation of quality and yield issues, requiring extensive work with other functional engineering teams to assess process requirements and recommend process improvements or equipment changes needed to efficiently manufacture new products.

Drive or represent the team in important collaboration meetings and provide clear, detailed reports to internal partners, explaining the key findings, opportunities, and proposed solutions to resolve the issue.

Coordinate and develop new techniques, skills, and capabilities through in-depth case investigation, data analytics, coordinated training and studies, writing technical papers, and driving continuous improvement projects in the organization.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree plus 5 years equivalent work experience in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field.

Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

Strong self-motivation and passion.

Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

Experience with DRAM process and other Flash memory or logic technologies.

Proficiency in programming/scripting, statistics, data analytics and visualization.

Knowledgeable with the general process of data science work like data extraction, feature extraction, feature selection and modeling.

Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication process flow and wafer testing.
