Job Responsibility

Develop, sustain and improve network NPI Cycle Time Program to achieve BIC (best in class) cycle time performance at our Micron frontend manufacturing sitesProvide support to network frontend manufacturing sites to achieve business plan cycle time targetPartner with network frontend manufacturing sites and cross functional Central teams to develop, sustain and improve global aligned BKM (best known method) applications and business processes to support the NPI CT programAnalyze NPI CT performance indices to drive continuous CT improvementCollaborate with SMAI, NPI CT SWAT and PLN SEAL to develop innovative solutions in areas of CT reporting analytics, CT prescriptive analytics and CT line management applications

Requirement

Masters/Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Industrial System Engineering or relevant experienceAdditional knowledge/experience in data analytic and programming skill.
