General Summary:

QCT Product and SW Tools team develops software platform tools that enable key functionality and workflows for Qualcomm customers, Equipment Manufacturers, Independent Software Vendors and App developers across the globe.

The team works on many technologies, from embedded software to cloud development, from developer platforms to cloud API and analytics, and find the best ways to build engineering solutions that are cost-effective, available, scalable, secure, and forward-looking.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ year of experience with Backend Languages such as Java, C#, ASP.net, NET Core, Entity Framework, Containers with .NET and Docker etc.2+ year of experience with SQL or any Database Management Software.2+ year of experience with Electron, Java-Cloud Integration, Sprintboot, REST APIs/Knowledge on different protocols like socket/thrift APIs is a plus.2+ year of work experience with Git, Perforce, or Source Code Management System.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Test Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Test Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• 1+ year of work or academic experience with Software Test or System Test, developing and automating test plans and/or tools (e.g., Source Code Control Systems, Continuous Integration Tools, and Bug Tracking Tools).

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop server scripts and APIs for front-end developersDevelop on-host tools using .NET Core and .NET Framework.Optimizing web applications for performance and scalabilityDesigning robust APIs to support web and desktop clientsBuilding prototypes and resolving issuesCreating and maintaining software documentationIntegrating data from various back-end services and databasesMaintaining, expanding, and scaling the websiteDeveloping automated tests to ensure business needs are metTroubleshooting issues and checking bottlenecks Document software installation and configuration processes and ensure all applications are kept up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies.
