• Coach & mentor team on the Lean or Kaizen process to achieve company goal on lead time improvement & continuous growth target to use the appropriated tools and techniques with DMAIC/DMADV/Or others lean methodology.
• Initiate or facilitate the operation team in identifying the key areas of improvement, setting goals, and developing action plans to meet the Lean Operation strategy
• Organizes and facilitates any Daily Kaizen Activity, Team Excellence and other project competition.
• Promotes continuous improvement culture in the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments on continuous improvement projects by providing technical support and facilitating.
• Reports out statistics on the Lean Six Sigma related KPIs to drive for continuous improvement culture
• Collaborate with the leadership team to assess the critical value streams, processes and practices as compared to lean company benchmarks, both internal and external, establish a transformation plan based on the prioritized gaps as context for the application of kaizen events/Workshop.
• Develop a culture of problem solving at all levels of the organization and proficiency with problem solving techniques appropriate for each level.
• Manage Lean or Kaizen improvement projects and to deliver project objectives within the timeline and budget/Cost saving.
