We are looking for a highly-accomplished Product Support Engineer to deliver our customers' best possible audio experience through speaker and headset acoustic tuning with DTS audio solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering solutions for high-quality audio against demanding deadlines, directly tuning customer audio pipelines, and developing training material to empower customers to tune their own products. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch technical assistance and support. This includes the definition, tuning, and evaluation of audio capture and render solutions, including electroacoustics and signal processing, to support our customers in productizing complex consumer electronic devices. You will validate final tuning integration and overall performance on customer products, provide feedback to internal development teams on improvements to the tuning workflow, and work with the Sales team on pre-sales engagement, including product demos and trade shows. At XPERI/DTS, Product Support Engineering provides vital engineering support for business development and marketing efforts and direct support to PC/Headset/TV OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and ODMs (Original Design Manufacturer). Capturing technical requirements of customer products and working with internal teams on gap analysis will be key aspects of your role. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer-facing work, the technical and creative aspects of it, and high collaboration across global teams in Asia, Europe, and the US.
