Description: Receive products returned for repair (RMA) and document customer rejection/complaints in RMA database.
• Maintain detailed paperwork/traceability records for each product returned, including the proper storage of these records.
• Diagnostic analysis, troubleshooting, repair and diagnostic report for products sent in for repair.
• Assure product is repaired and re-inspected maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Interaction with customers via phone or email to help troubleshoot product or application issues in the field.
• Interact with all departments including Quality personnel to provide input for continuous improvements of products, processes and services.
• Document repair procedures by creating visual and written repair work instructions.
• When necessary, help production, engineering and manufacturing engineering with specific projects including test and verification tasks.

Pcb, Printed circuit board assembly, electronics, electronics manufacturing, schematic, tech writing
Additional Skills & Qualifications
•Ability to develop professional and courteous relationships with customers and internal staff using strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to handle numerous tasks at one time.
•Basic ERP experience such as SAP is helpful.
