JR64405 SR ENGR, FE CENTRAL WAFER LEVEL QUALITY

 As an GQ WLQ Senior Engineer, you will be a member of the worldwide quality team responsible for driving quality and reliability improvement initiatives to meet product and customer requirements. Work closely with PE/PYE/GQ and FE fab teams to enable the business need for high tier product grade yielding through BKM establishment, strategy enablement and execution with cross functional team effort. You are responsible to chair network meetings to drive effective improvements for better product quality, reliability and higher tier supply. You will also work with business partners to manage the business plan, support customers or activities to resolve non-conformances and help product qualification.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Drive alignment and collaboration guidance from Quality Organizations in FE Manufacturing, GQ, and PE. Develop, manage, and/or communicate strategic plan for high tier product grade yieldLead cross-functional initiatives or enabling projects to support the execution and deliverable on high tier product grade yield with no quality/reliability drawbacks.  Assist in the business plan review and executive update on program status/outlook with mitigation. Identify and share BKM’s across departments and sites for project success. Assist in interaction setup across global business process related to product quality.

Education: 

BS in Electrical engineering or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field of study 

Qualifications 

Strong troubleshooting skill Good organizational skills and sharp attention to detail Good English communication  Knowledge of DRAM operation and fabrication process, testing is a plusFamiliarity with Unix, JMP, statistical tools preferred Ability to work independently or in a group environment
