Job Summary:
Functions under the direction of the ERP Manager, the ERP System Analyst- Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring the various Supply Chain systems, processes, tools and technologies meet the needs of the business. As a key resource within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technical team, this role is critical in driving efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction within the Supply Chain function through the strategic use of technology, primarily Workday. This role will work with the business partner to create system specification, configure the system, test and document changes. This role serves as a technical point-of-contact and technical subject matter expert for the Supply Chain domains within Workday such as Procurement and Inventory.
All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5 years ERP configuration experience, preferably Workday RequiredMinimum 6 years IT experience in a healthcare or related industry (Supply Chain) PreferredRequired Minimum Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback, supporting team goals, and encouraging other team members.Ability to multi-task, complete assigned tasks independently with little to no guidance with close attention to detail, and ability to offer extensive guidance to other team members.Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems and offer solutions in the Workday platform.
