Game Protection and Integrity Team senior executives are tasked with ensuring that all gaming activity and financial transactions that relate to gaming are conducted to the highest standards of fairness and honesty. Their primary focus is conducting enquiries via analysis and CCTV reviews related to casino games, internal fraud and collusion to protect the organization's revenue and reputation. The Senior Executives work under the direction of the GP&I Team's management to achieve the team's common goals and also to provide support and guidance to Executive to fulfill their duty.
Primary Responsibility• Identify suspicious behaviors and risks against the organization through data mining, CCTV reviews and or investigations skills in accordance with standard operating procedures and internal controls.
• Observe and analyze gaming integrity, revenue centres and CCTV covered areas through utilizing various systems in order to protect the orgainzation from fraud and potential risk.
•Create, test and monitor new fraud tools and strategies from scratch.
•Analyse fraud trends and implement detection strategies. Complete data analysis to assist in business decisions
• Act in the capacity of Assistant Manager in their absence
• Analysing with the ability to demonstrate risk based judgements and present findings
• Ability to clearly present findings in a manner that aids in effective decision making
•Develop accurate and clear reporting in a timely manner that supports effective oversight of fraud performance
• Maintain effective reporting procedures by ensuring all reports are completed in a timely manner and filed appropriately, keeping appropriate personnel informed at all times;
• Maintain in house logging databases with accurate information;
• Actively mentor TMs by showing a good example to more junior TMs, sharing knowledges and experiences.
• Performs quality control functions as per departmental standard, ensure accuracy of all work
• Prioritise workload and proactively call out delays
• Provide support to Surveillance Operations when confidential investigations are required
• Minimum two years' experience in Casino industry, specifically Surveillance, Gaming, and / or data anaylsis
• Proficient in iTrak, Bally (all modules), SQL, CCTV System, Virtual Roster, Intermediate MS Excel, MS Word and Lenel
• Strong gaming and non-gaming knowledge with the ability to analyze financial data and complex reports;
• Ability to engage confidently in formal investigations, produce accurate report in a timely manner
• Ability to converse in English and Cantonese, able to translate Chinese to English and vice versa
• Must be a team player, able to interact in a positive manner
• Willingness to learn and develop, taking on new responsibilities and adopting a flexible, pragmatic approach to work.
• Experience of working well under direction and collaborating as part of a functional or cross functional team.
