Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill an SR **Executive Assistant position.**

**Description** :
Support two Senior Directors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing complex travel and calendars, submitting expense reports, planning events, and improving administrative workflows.
**Key Responsibilities** :
+ Schedule and manage meetings across time zones.
+ Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
+ Organize domestic and international travel.
+ Manage complex calendars.
+ Create and submit expense reports.
+ Plan and execute team events.
+ General administrative duties (office supplies, mail, building access, etc.).
**Preferred Qualifications** :
+ Proficient in Apple products (Calendar, Numbers, Keynote).
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ AA or BS degree preferred.
+ At least 3 years of experience in directive positions

**Pay Details:** $46.71 per hour
