Job Description

Location/Division Specific Information:

As a member of our Facilities team, you work in a collaborative environment to guarantee PPD’s standards for quality, image, and corporate culture are met at your site.

Discover Impactful Work:

Provides general site support through the performance of assigned tasks related to facility services including inventory control, distribution, shipping and receiving.

A day in the life:

Receives and delivers incoming delivers by storage environment.Data entry into the electronic workbooks.Distributes supplies, packages, and equipment across campus.Utilizes company vehicles for the site and executes the transportation. Box truck, Vans, forklift/pallet jack.  No CDL needed.

Education and Experience:

High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualificationPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to navigate between systems.Consistently positive attitude and the ability to interact effectively with others.Strong oral and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of computers, software applications and other technology.Data entry and General understanding of inventory monitoring May require knowledge of shipping service operations and software such as FedEx, UPS, etc
