The objective of the role is to lead the effective growth and delivery of the Public, Private Partnership (P3) District Energy & Education Business. To achieve AOP targets through a continuous improvement process that best places HBS to achieve high-performance outcomes. Stabilization of process and a robust MOS will need to be enhanced in parallel to developing and maintaining executive relationships with the industry and facilities of responsibly. To further develop a high performing team and deliver to a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

P&L Responsibility for the portfolioLead a talented, engaged, and high-performing Plant manager & Facility Management Team District Energy & Education contract in USTakes ownership for overall Business performance for the P3 District Energy & Education business in USDrive productivity by leveraging cost management , Technology adoptionManage contract risk management by working with P3 contract and legal teamManage contractual compliance across P3 District Energy & Education in USEnsure a safe and healthy work environment at all times across healthcare facilitiesMust be able to travel 25% of the time

Key Success Factors

Achieve District Energy & Education AOP Financial Goals- Orders, Rev & OIReduce Past Due and improve working capital GoalsDrive compliance and business forecast qualityAvoid abatements and/or penaltiesEarly Contract risk and strategize for commercial closure

The annual base salary range for this position is $148K - $190K.\nPlease note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.\nHoneywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not\nlimited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work\nexperience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business\nconsiderations.

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years’ leadership experience in Building management services, Industrial Automation services, Facility Management or similar industriesPast experience to manage direct reports
