Job Title: Sr Field Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Sr Field Service Technician with over 5 years of field service experience in the packaging or repair field. The ideal candidate must come from a field service background and possess advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts, including high and low voltages. A solid understanding of PLCs, VFDs, sensors, switches, and relays, primarily for mechanical installations, is essential. The role requires excellent troubleshooting and equipment repair skills, the ability to work in challenging and time-sensitive situations, and a valid driver's license for local travel around the Chicago suburbs. The equipment involved includes stretch wrappers and baggers. A company vehicle will be provided.
