As an Experienced Sr Field Service Support Specialist - Travel Conveyor Tech here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and guidance for our travel conveyor technology. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our conveyor systems and resolving any technical issues that may arise. You will report directly to our Tech Support Manager and you'll work out of designated Honeywell locations on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our travel conveyor systems, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime. Your technical expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, as well as providing guidance and support to our customers and internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide technical support and guidance for travel conveyor systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and concerns
• Develop and maintain documentation and resources for technical support
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on travel conveyor technology
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL 75-95 % OF THE TIME
• 3+ years of experience in technical support for conveyor systems or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
