Your Impact * Model forecast, bookings, revenue, and margin impact of new selling motions, including embedded support, as well as programs/promotions for different offers. * Partner with IT, Accounting, BU Finance, and CXPM teams around offer modeling, creation and reporting * Help finance and CX leadership with accurate and timely reporting, analysis and insightful commentary on bookings and various recurring revenue, attach and renewal metrics. * Work on different scenarios of CX forecast/bookings views, consolidation, and linearity modeling * Proactively identify, develop and implement improvements to existing reporting and business processes. * Implement insightful reports and dashboards with business metrics Who You'll Work With The problems you tackle are wide ranging giving you an opportunity to expand your technical as well as interpersonal skill. Due to breadth of scope, you will work with one or several finance and cross functional groups such as CX finance groups (FP&A, Regional finance, Renewals, cogs etc), Sales Finance, Revenue accounting, Finance Transformation, CX Ops, CX PM, CX Strategy & Planning, Corporate Finance, Finance COE Who You Are You are hungry to learn and solve complex business and finance problems. Have an investigative and inquisitive mind to decipher hidden insights from volumes of data. You see the big picture quickly while also paying attention to details. You enjoy working with cross functional teams and making contributions towards progressing projects and solving problems. You possess a clear and concise communication style. You demonstrate a high level of initiative with the ability to work effectively, independently, under broad direction while balancing multiple priorities. You look for opportunities to make positive changes to existing models, processes.
