Provide leadership to HTS Mexico organization to create\nincreased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of\ndriving speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
You will provide\nfinancial leadership in supporting HTS Mexico Strategic Plan, Annual Operating\nPlan and Estimate processes along with detailed reporting.
You will also\ndevelop integrated margin and expense analysis, projections, reports, and\npresentations.
You will work\nwith the Financial Analyst reporting into you to create and analyze monthly,\nquarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately.
You will also\nidentify trends and developments in competitive environments and present\nfindings to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

HTS Mexico\nP&L Ownership (HTS Margin, Productivity, Hourly rates)HTS Mexico &\nVE/CE reporting and analysisInvestments\nstrategy and tracking (CAPEX)Undertake\nQuarterly Balance reviews in collaboration with the controllership teamEnsure AR aging for interco receivables is within expectationsYou will strategically evaluate the Real estate strategy in line with the\nbusiness projections periodically to best optimize the assetsPartner with HTS\nleadership and provide operational expertise.Identify\nimprovement areas and establish clear processes.Lead\ncomplex initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE:

 Bachelor's Degree\nin Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of 10+ years of\nexperience in commercial/business finance or related rolesExtensive financial systems and reporting experienceExperience developing forecasts and operating plansExceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers)Direct communication with clarity at all levelsDemonstrated leadership and influencing skills
