As\na Sr Finance Supervisor BAP - Latin America here at Honeywell, you will play a\ncrucial role in leading the team that develops and executes Honeywell's\nforecasting and planning process, creates related analysis, and presents\nfindings which position Honeywell to meet its growth strategy and cost\nefficiency goals in the Latin American region. You will serve as an integral\npart of continually improving Honeywell's financial capabilities and business\nperformance in the Latin American market and drive critical finance\ntransformations related to our management reporting, planning, and forecasting\nprocesses. You must exhibit strong leadership traits, communication skills, and\ninitiative.

You will report directly to our Finance Sr Director and you'll work out of our\nMexico City location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this dynamic and result-oriented role, you will have a significant impact on\nthe growth and success of Honeywell in the Latin American region. You will\ndevelop and implement financial strategies and initiatives specifically\ntailored to leverage the growth opportunities in the Latin American market.\nYour ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence\nstakeholders will enable effective financial planning and budgeting, ensuring\nthat resources are allocated efficiently and in alignment with the company's\ngoals in the region.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead\nthe business analysis and planning function for the finance department in the\nLatin American regionDevelop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to drive business\ngrowth and profitability in Latin AmericaProvide financial analysis and insights specific to the Latin American market\nto support decision-making and drive operational excellenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial plans\nand budgets for the Latin American regionEnsure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements in\nLatin America

YOU\nMUST HAVE

Minimum of 8 years of experience in areas of increasing responsibility in a\nfinance functionExperience developing forecasts using different statistic methods and related\nanalyticsExceptional problem-solving and analytical skills (linking results to\ndrivers)Ability to translate complex business and financial issues into readily\nunderstandable termsMulti-tasking capabilities; professionally handles the pressure of meeting\nmultiple, high-priority deadlinesAbility to quickly identify subtle patterns and trends
