As a Sr. Financial Analyst of Budgets, you will assist in the coordination and development of the System’s annual operating budget and recurring financial and statistical reporting, and retain approval documentation during the budget process. You would also support detailed documentation of the various components of the budget process in an effort to assess, modify and/or develop and implement more timely and consistent processes/systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and meaningfulness of information. As the Financial Analyst for Budgets, you would provide data reporting and offer analytical support for complex financial analysis. Position: Sr. Financial Analyst, Budgets

Shift: Day, Hybrid-2 days in the office (Thursday and Friday)

Experience:
1. 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting with at least two years in the health care industry.
2. Previous budgeting, productivity reporting, benchmarking, decision support, analysis, and financial applications experience.
3. Advance knowledge of patient accounting and billing, general accounting principles, healthcare reimbursement and contract management.
4. Ability to understand, develop, and enhance computer spreadsheet applications for specific financial modeling, with proficiency in Excel.
5. Experience with PeopleSoft Financials, Strata and EPSi preferred; proficiency in the use of Microsoft products including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word required.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other related field.
