Primary Purpose PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION This role will primarily be responsible for supporting the TMO Finance Lead with One Exelon management reporting and providing support to the broader organization on the accurate tracking and reporting of One Exelon progress in the online tool (Wave). The role will also work with OpCo FinOps teams to ensure that One Exelon initiatives are moved through the stage gate process timely. Must be able to fulfill ad hoc requests from various internal sources to support decision-making and provide necessary insight to executives, department heads and managers. The role will require strong ability to quickly understand and utilize new systems. The role will also require establishing relationships across the organization and working with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to become a trusted partner, facilitating collaboration and information sharing across the business groups and workstreams to drive alignment and support the transformation's success. Individual must be flexible, proactive, and able to work with ambiguity. Note: This is a hybrid position, meaning the role will be partially remote and partially in office. Primary Duties PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Provides support in preparation of reports and analysis to support management decision-making and leadership oversight of One Exelon (40%) Participate as a full member of the TMO, providing data support and insights and ensuring the progress reporting guidance and mechanisms are aligned to the needs and capabilities of the organization (30%) Meet with OpCo Finance Operations teams regularly to support the ongoing Finance business case review, savings validation and LRP savings liquidation processes. Support the timely resolution of open questions raised by stakeholders (10%) Track initiatives requiring cross-OpCo approval and coordinate with OpCo FinOps teams to disposition accordingly (10%) Performs ad-hoc reporting and analysis on Wave data (10%) Job Scope JOB SCOPE This role will directly report to the Director, TMO Programs and support the Manager, Corporate Finance (TMO) with day-to-day activities, including management/Steering Committee/Board reporting, analysis, Wave tool governance and support and partnership with Finance Operations to ensure financial integrity of initiatives as they advance from ideation through execution to sustainment. This role will be responsible for ensuring effective tracking and reporting of transformation performance and supporting the TMO in driving financial impact from the One Exelon initiatives. Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree and typically 4-7 years business-related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Demonstrated success in finance or business operations. Effective financial analysis skills including exposure to accounting principles, financial metrics, and financial statement relationships. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including ability to develop engaging PowerPoint presentations and graphics and efficiently translate complex messages into concise, impactful presentations. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop solutions and drive business outcomes. Adaptable with the ability to handle multiple deliverables with competing deadlines Preferred Qualifications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Graduate degree. Prior experience with Project Management/Financial systems. Familiarity with working with backend database tables for complex report development Benefits Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors:USD $87,200.00/Yr. - USD $130,800.00/Yr.
