RESPONSIBILITIES:    
Ensure that current tasks,\n reports, and requests are completed accurately, and on a timely basis.
Provide support to company\n management, the Finance team, and other stakeholders in the areas of\n forecasting, cost analysis, budgeting, and process improvement, including\n variance analysis, projection reporting and active participation in the\n annual business plan process, inclusive of income statement, balance sheet\n and cash flow planning.
Provide insight to\n budgets, actuals, and variances to functional business partners within the\n E- Commerce & LSS P/L.
Identify and execute\n process improvement/automation related finance activities within the LOB\n and across IGS finance.
Own LSS analysis of\n project forecast, cost pacing, and monthly financial results.
Hold operations team\n accountable for “say/do”.
Work with LSS and\n Ecommerce leadership to develop analytics for AOP and STRAP planning\n across the three financial statements.
Lead LSS Project closing\n and reporting activities. P/L Management & Financial Ownership.
Create new standard\n reports and templates leveraging Adaptive Insights and/or Tableau.YOU MUST HAVE:        
Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or\nforeign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a\nrelated field and 5 years of work experience as a finance analyst. Must have 3\nyears of experience with the following: ORACLE – Financial & Management\nReporting Model; Business Analytics & Process improvement/implementation\nexperience; Advanced skills in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.\nMust have 1 year of experience with the following: working knowledge of accounting\nand the ability to read and interpret financial statements. Telecommuting\npermitted up to 2 times per week.
