What You Will Do:
1) Lead revenue forecasting, planning, and analysis processes to support commercial business partners – presenting process/timelines, developing reports/consolidations and providing insights
2) Collaborate with finance partners in regional entities to ensure alignment on TDX revenue forecast & AOP
3) Support monthly close activities related to revenue reconciliation and reporting
4) Support monthly and quarterly business review presentations based on business understanding and revenue/price/booking/backlog data analysis
5) Support the key commercial finance business process (quotation, price)
6) Participate in annual price roll and price realization AOP/forecast
7) Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis that support the critical initiatives of commercial organization
8) Proactively find opportunities for process optimization and system improvements
How You Get Here:
• Advanced knowledge of excel
• Proven financial abilities, including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, as well as root cause data interpretation
• Highly analytical and curious, possessing a strong business sense
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse team and partners
• Organized and capable at prioritizing workload to deliver on time while achieving results in a fast-paced environment
• Capable with large and complex data and with communicating findings to senior management
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field required
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Finance or Accounting required. FP&A or commercially facing role is preferred
• Strong skills in MS Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Prior experience with SQL, HFM, SAP is preferred

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$145,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
