You will be responsible for the budgeting, planning and forecasting processes. In this role, you will provide expertise on the R&D P&L to anticipate challenges, recommend process improvements and drive better P&L profitability. You will develop or enhance monthly and ad hoc reporting to the Management team to enhance insights into product performance. You will assist in compiling financial models for product development and life cycle management._ _Your role:_ _Responsible for supporting the global R&D and BULT’s departments and product line reporting, including but not limited to:_ + _Support monthly close and monthly forecast for the R&D & BULT’s departments._ + _Monthly product line P&L, cassette utilization, backlog and core growth reporting._ + _Monthly & quarterly stats reporting_ + _Assist with financial impact assessment for all new product development financial models._ + _Assist with annual strategic planning process, Fortive 3-year plan._ + _Assist in preparation of the annual budget for R&D and BULT’s departments._ + _Grow product profitability reporting, improved visibility on KPIs for product profitability._ + _Complete quarterly competitor benchmark reporting and tax reporting._ + _Lead Incorta dashboard maintenance as needed._ + _FBS continuous improvement initiatives._ + _Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed._ _To be successful in this role, we expect the candidate to bring the following skills and experience:_ + _Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required. Advanced degree is a plus_ + _Expert Excel user. Experience with SAP, OneStream, Incorta and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc,) is a plus._ + _Desire and ability to fully own assigned tasks/processes and drive resolution with minimal supervision_ + _A `self-starter` mentality and proactive approach to propose and implement improvements._ + _A ‘hands on’ work style, comfortable with the detail without losing the big picture. Able to move seamlessly between tactical and strategic issues as required._ + _Ability to meet tight deadlines, handle a demanding and fluctuating workload and at the same time provide accurate and reliable data._ + _Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail with a steadiness under pressure._ + _Solid communication and presentation skills.
