The Sr. Financial Analyst will be a strategic partner to the operations team. This role focuses on driving financial performance across school operations by analyzing revenue, enrollment, labor management, and expenses. The Sr. Financial Analyst will leverage data to create forecasts, deliver actionable insights, and support decision-making that enhances efficiency and profitability across our schools.
Essential Functions:
1. Partner with school operations and field leadership to analyze revenue, enrollment, labor, and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, margin expansion and revenue growth.
2. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
3. Conduct variance analysis to uncover key performance drivers and recommend actionable solutions.
4. Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential impacts of operational changes or market fluctuations.
5. Prepare financial reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights for management and field leaders.
6. Leverage large datasets to create dynamic scorecards and reporting tools using data visualization.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and operational initiatives.
8. Support month-end close processes by preparing reports, reconciling financial metrics, and analyzing trends.
9. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health and operational performance.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
· Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and planning tools (e.g., Hyperion) preferred.
· Experience in multi-unit operations, retail, or education preferred.

· Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
· Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
· Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
· Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
· Possess solid understanding Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) principles and financial reporting.
· Strong analytical, financial modeling and data visualization skills.
· Proven ability to interpret large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences, including those without a financial background.
· Capable of leveraging critical thinking, adaptability, and collaboration skills to drive results.
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Compensation and Benefits:
+ Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
+ $90-100k base salary
+ This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
