Job Description:

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Partner invests in the future of Southwest’s People through their oversight of the Company’s financial performance within Corporate FP&A. This role will support long-term planning, which includes compiling deliverables from other workgroups, data forecasting over the next 10 years, and presenting results to Senior and Executive Leadership. This role will collaborate with various Leaders and teams in Treasury, Fleet, and other FP&A teams to model and analyze scenarios that align with Company strategy and goals. The Senior FP&A Partner is a strong communicator with an analytical mindset who enjoys working in a dynamic environment to help drive the future of Southwest.

Competitive market salary from $122,200 per year to $135,800 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
