Sr FP&A Systems Analyst

If you like solving complex FP&A problems using your deep analytical skills, this is the opportunity for you! As a Sr FP&A Analyst you will support our Business Operations by providing analytics and oversight of financials, resource planning, and performance measurements with our project schedule. You'll participate in Overhead and General & Administrative planning, as well as financial management plan. And you'll coordinate submittals of financial deliverables to corporate entities and ensure the accuracy of reporting.

As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Qualifications The Employee Must HaveA Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field and typically 10 years or more of related work experience. 

Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education 

Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections

Experience implementing and maintaining EPM solutions

Financial Data systems integrations

Qualifications We PreferFamiliarity with Profit and Loss statements

Experience with indirect rate composition

Knowledge of DoD, government contracting and/or public auditing, policies, standards, and procedures

Ability to work with Workday Adaptive Planning and PowerBI

Experience with Python and SQL in use with data integrations and automation
