Drive a culture of engagement and inclusivity throughout the organization through clear communication, collaboration and recognition. + Foster a culture of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement within Operations. Establish and maintain a strong MOS (Management Operating System) within the department including Root Cause Analysis, escalation mechanisms, employee communication, etc. + Determine strategic plans, goals and targets in accordance with overall site and division strategies. + Provide coverage for site operations managers as needed. **SHIFT** This role is 1st shift, with some off-shift or weekend shift depending on business needs **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s Degree required + 7 years experience supporting manufacturing is required + Experience of people leadership is required. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Science preferred + 1 year of experience with the regulatory standards and requirements for a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
