Description Senior Full Stack Developer Hybrid 3x onsite per week in Woodland Hills, CA We are seeking a passionate and well-rounded Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to innovative, data-driven projects. This role emphasizes Python and React.js development, with an initial focus on Python for the first 6 months. Key Responsibilities: + Design, develop, and maintain Full Stack applications using Python and React.js. + Build scalable and efficient solutions for data-heavy applications, leveraging SQL for advanced data manipulation. + Utilize Python-based frameworks such as Dash, Streamlit, or Flask (experience with these frameworks is a plus, but not required). + Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, marketing, and revenue management, as well as Data Scientists and Data Engineers. + Contribute to data modeling efforts and prepare for future migrations to Databricks. + Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software that meets business needs. + Assist in creating seamless UX/UI experiences (nice to have but not required). + Utilize Agile Scrum methodology for software development and delivery. + Required Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. + Strong proficiency in Python, with prior experience in professional, real-world development. + Expertise in React.js, including at least 1 year in a senior capacity. + Hands-on experience with SQL and heavy data processing. + Knowledge of API development and experience developing with Ajax. + Fluency in CSS and HTML5 for front-end styling. + Familiarity with state management tools like Redux. + Proficiency using GIT for version control. Requirements Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure DevOps is a plus. + Exposure to Databricks and an interest in contributing to its adoption in future projects. + Familiarity with Cross-Platform development tools. + Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools. + Bonus: Previous exposure to UX/UI design or user experience optimization processes. + Key Attributes:Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. + A motivated self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment. + Collaborative mentality to effectively work with business and technical teams.
