Job Details Job Location: Coachella, CA Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $25.00 - $25.00 Hourly Job Shift: Any Job Category: Research DescriptionSummaryThis position is responsible for observing and reporting incidents that might jeopardize the Tribal assets, safety of Team Members and patrons and the integrity of the games for each casino property. The Senior Gaming Inspector will supervise and be accountable for Inspectors of the Department in cooperation with or in the absence of the Manager. Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement. Deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and all Team Members by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise while adhering to department service standards. This entails consistency performing our service expectations of: Welcoming, Proactive, Seamless, Personalized and Valued. Maintain the integrity and honesty of all games offered by the gaming operation by applying the appropriate policy. Assist in the verification of audits or jackpots. Provide oversight to the management of Spotlight 29 Casino, Tortoise Rock Casino and any other service entities regarding the failure by any person or department to comply with any provision of the applicable laws, ordinances or regulations. Responsible for the protection of the gaming facility and its operation from illegal activity and ensure persons engaged in illegal activities are identified and reported to Public Safety for further action or removed. Oversee and ensure the physical safeguarding of the assets from the Casino Floor to Main Bank, Cash Cage. Receive patron complaints within the gaming premises and operation and assist in seeking voluntary resolution of such complaints. Communicate departmental policies with all Team Members under your direction and organize staff meetings. Provide employee training and contribute to upgrade training manual and testing program. Communicate with management on an as needed basis. Attend meetings when requested and be prepared to present reports. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Tribal – State Compact NIGC (National Indian Gaming Commission), Gaming Commission, Regulations, Policies and Procedures as well as all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) and all Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS). Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required. Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment. Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job does not require supervisory duties.
QualificationsEducation And Experience (Must Be Documented) Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum three (3) years gaming related experience and/or training Knowledge of procedures, duties, and responsibilities of all Casino Games Bilingual preferred, but not required. Certification, Licenses And Any Additional Requirements Must pass periodic random drug screens. Must be able to pass background suitability investigation. Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License. Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses. Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee may be occasionally required to work in low light conditions, and may be exposed to loud noise for extended periods.

Multiple locations. Some enterprises are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; therefore, you must be flexible to work any and all hours. Must be available for emergency calls 24/7. Must be available to work weekend and holidays. Some enterprises are gaming facilities. Some enterprises are not a smoke-free environment. Surveillance cameras and audio equipment monitor the premises recording activity throughout most of the facilities on 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis.
