We are hiring 2 Sr. Accountants for our growing practice in Cincinnati! A Senior Accountant is primarily responsible for preparing financial statements, handling complex accounting tasks, reviewing junior accountant's work, and preparing financial analyses among other tasks. They play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and consolidating financial statements. Establishing and maintaining accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations. Analyzing and examining financial data to check for discrepancies. Creating system controls for ensuring data integrity. Reviewing junior accountants' work to ensure accuracy and compliance. Training and mentoring junior staff. Coordinating budget preparation. Interacting with internal and external auditors in completing audits. Communicating financial information to management and making suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Participating in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes. Requirements 5+ years of accounting experience with large companies CPA preferred; Bachelors degree in Accounting required Strong ERP systems experience: SAP S4HANA, Oracle Cloud, D365, NetSuite Client-facing role with strong ability to build relationships Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
