Sr Global Cost Accounting Manager (Hybrid)
A Day in Your Life at MKS:As a Sr. Global Cost Accounting Manager for our Photonics Solutions Division at MKS, you will partner cross functionally to lead our global cost accounting activities. In this role, you will report to the Sr Controller, Global Operations.You Will Make an Impact By: + Lead month-end related close activities for the cost accounting group. + Management of all critical SAP FICO close processes. + Drive standardization of all cost accounting activities across worldwide sites. + Liaison with external and internal auditors on all inventory related requests. + Train and develop global cost accounting team. + Support monthly and quarterly variances analyses and forecasting processes. + Travel Requirements: Travel is required on a minimal as needed basis. Skills You Bring: + Accounting/Finance degree; CMA preferred + 10+ Years of job-related work experience + SAP FICO Expertise + Microsoft Excel + International Experience Preferred Skills: + Knowledge of Hyperion + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Supervisory Scope: + Reporting Relationships: 2 Cost Accountant direct reports. This position is Hybrid 3 days a week (Tue - Thur) and must be within drivable distance to our location in Irvine CA or Milpitas CA. Compensation and Benefits: Salary Pay Range: $155k - $175k per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
