As a Hardware\nSupervisor with a focus on People Management here at Honeywell, you will be\nresponsible for supervising and leading a team of hardware engineers in the\ndesign and development of cutting-edge electrical power electronics hardware\nsolutions with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a\nteam of hardware engineers in the design and development of airport airside\nproducts encompassing electrical power electronics hardware, firmware and\nmechanical with a focus on regulatory complianceCollaborate with\ncross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specificationsEnsure that hardware\ndesigns meet all relevant regulatory standards and certificationsOversee the entire\nhardware design process, from concept to productionProvide technical\nguidance and support to team membersDevelop and support\nyour team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance managementDrive retention and\nengagement initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performing team culture\n• Identify and develop successors within your teamCollaborate with\nother leaders to drive talent acquisition and recruitment efforts
