What will you be doing?
The Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the organization. The Sr. HRBP formulates partnerships to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects WWT's core values and business objectives of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Functions as the Trusted Advisor to the business and responsible for employee relations, performance management, compensation, job architecture, as well as employee and leadership coaching. Administers HR policies and procedures, current state, local and federal regulations, and corporate objectives and provides guidance and education to employees and managers. Resolves complex employee relations issues and performance matters. Conducts investigations related to policy violations, misconduct, or other circumstances that may result in disciplinary action. Collaborates with other HR functional areas (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Employee Development, HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, etc.) in the advancement of key HR initiatives within the departments they support. Point of contact for EEOC and other employment claims Conducts exit interviews and all procedural tasks for terminated employees within respective business units. Miscellaneous HR projects as needed
