Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $120,000-$150,000 / year plus bonus. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

OverviewThe Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides HR guidance and supports Commercial, Operations, and Administration functions within the business. Partners with our business leaders on strategic initiatives and is an integral champion of SGWS culture and values. Consults with leadership, employees, and cross-functional groups to solve complex organizational challenges and is an integral part of the client's leadership team.
