We have an opportunity for a\nSenior HR Generalist at our Cairo office. We continue to grow and\ndevelop our footprint in Egypt, and with this in mind, we are looking for\nsomeone energetic, has a “roll up your sleeves” attitude, thrives in a busy working\nenvironment and a paramount team player.
You will provide high\nquality HR generalist support to business units within Egypt and\nJordan, working closely with stakeholders through strategic workforce\nplanning, employee engagement, talent management, inclusion and\ndiversity and employee relation activities.
You will work closely with local\nleaders, HR business leader(s), CoEs and HR Services in\nsupporting the business and driving the HR agenda. Reporting to the\nSnr HR Manager, this role will be part of the META One\nCountry HR team and will involve cross business responsibilities\nand/or projects.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel and coach management and employees on performance and employee relations related matters. Reinforce a performance culture by coaching leaders on talent management, performance differentiation and the link of rewards and recognition to further raise the performance bar.Coach managers on optimal workforce utilization; anticipate and identify ongoing and future business capability needs; identify the development of skills to support business requirements through recruitment, talent development, organization design, performance management, and succession planning processes. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver compensation, organizational development, transformation, workforce planning, deployment, and retention services and strategies to address the current and future needs of the business whilst ensuring a diverse and global workforce.Drive and deploy Honeywell HR procedures and policies to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.Manage employee/labour relation and legal issues, and serve as an investigative resource, coordinating with the employment lawyer and external advisor on all related issues.Proficiency with and use of HR technology toolsUnderstand importance of HR data quality, know HR data standards, and enforce standards in day-to-day activitiesSupport recruitment process and ensure that selection practices are fair and consistently reveal candidates with the greatest potentialDrive and deploy procedures and policies in all areas involving HR systems; provide data driven insights and actions to improve organizational effectiveness.Anticipate, plan, and execute activities in alignment with the HR and wider business strategy, with regular follow up on action plan and goal status.Understand the business culture and employee mindset to assist leadership in balanced decision making.Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retentionLead efforts to drive and increase inclusion and diversity through various projects and initiatives, including career development programmes, and wellbeing initiatives.Drive growth in line with the business strategic plan.You Must Have Bachelor's\n degree or equivalent, HR qualification preferredMinimum\n 3 years of HR generalist experience BE\n Employee / Labor Relations experienceExperience\n working in a large multi-national, matrix organizationWe are an equal opportunity employer and\nvalue diversity at our company.
