Sr HR Partner - HR Site Leader

In this senior leadership position, you will be accountable for\nmanaging and guiding the HR function, overseeing a team of HR professionals,\nand partnering with business leaders to drive HR excellence. You will provide\nstrategic guidance and facilitate talent acquisition, employee relations,\nperformance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. As\na trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will contribute to the development and\nimplementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive\nwork environment and drive employee engagement. As a people leader at\nHoneywell, you will play a critical role in developing and assisting our\nemployees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the\ncompany. As a key leader, you will continuously work to build a strong, diverse\nteam by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving\nretention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. You will report\ndirectly to our HR Director and you will work out of our City, State location\non a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the organization by:
Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and provide\nstrategic HR guidance and support.
- Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and programs that align\nwith business objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Managing and developing a team of HR professionals, providing coaching,\nguidance, and support.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handling complex employee relations matters, including investigations,\nconflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

YOU MUST HAVE

    •   Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.
    •   Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    •   Excellent leadership, communication, and people-oriented skills.
    •   Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders\nat all levels of the organization.
    •   Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance\nmanagement, and employee development.
    •   Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
