Summary: Seeking a Senior HR Representative with expertise in complex investigations, federal and state employment laws, and leadership development for supporting non-unionized employees in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
Strong experience in complex investigations and organizational diagnostics
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Experience in coaching and developing leaders
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 6+ years, or 12 years without a degree
Responsibilities:
Support non-unionized employees across various functions including manufacturing and engineering
Build relationships to advise on employee-related matters and serve as an advocate
Use data to assess site climate and implement HR initiatives
Manage performance plans, grievances, claims, investigations, and terminations
Coach leaders on performance management and organizational effectiveness
Utilize process improvement tools to streamline HR processes
Pay: 22-30

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
