The G&A PXT organization exists as a collective team that supports six distinct Steam organizations in order to scale and operate efficiently through collaboration to develop core and common approaches, designing unique approaches as necessary.
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with excellent project management skills who can think big, lead end to end process execution, cultivate collaborative relationships with PXTHR and FGBS HR teams to meet shared goals, and roll up their sleeves to deliver. We are looking for a strong logical thinker and problem solver to provide support for analyzing people and operational metrics. Our goal is to design and implement people programs and practices that are scalable for our growing business. The Senior HR Program Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides programmatic leadership to our global team, but also partners extremely closely with the PXT/FGBS business and Amazon’s central PXT teams.
This role is critical to shaping the future of PXT services through data-driven improvements, innovative mechanisms/systems implementations, and strategic change management. You'll directly influence how we support and enable our global PXT and FGBS workforce while partnering with senior leadership to drive operational excellence.

The successful candidate will be highly analytical, strong writer, have attention to detail and a passion for process improvement. Ideal candidate will be able to tell stories using data, make recommendations and indicate trends to the business leaders.
- Lead end-to-end program execution of mission-critical initiatives
- Create and implement scalable global solutions
- Drive data-driven decision making and process improvements
- Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept to completion
- Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of program/project management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience owning HR programs strategy, data analytics and/or high volume recruiting and/or operations management
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience leading relevant HR operational programs, including experience leading cross-functional, global projects.
- Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong background in building and executing in a highly ambiguous, flexible environment.
- Strong data-driven, business writing skills.
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
- Strong bias for action and “get stuff done” attitude.
- Strong business acumen and ability to integrate HR and business strategies.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $187,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
