SUMMARY OVERVIEW 

The Senior HRIS Analyst optimizes and maintains HR systems to support accurate and efficient HR data management. This role collaborates with HR and IT teams to enhance system functionality, drive data-driven insights, and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include system configuration, troubleshooting, user support, and data integrity audits, contributing to seamless HR operations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

SME for all HR and timesheet related questions from all employees Creates ad-hoc and standard reporting required for HR and business partners Supports & collaborates with various departments & people in varying levels and roles to provide instruction and project management on UKG Pro HR, Payroll, and Tax business applications and processes Supports UKG PRO Time & Attendance configuration, system maintenance, integration processing, and timesheet review Develops and participates in testing, analyzing, and documentation of HRIS processes and system updates in UKG Pro Troubleshoot and resolve system problems with reporting, integrations, business processes, and other configurations for all UKG Pro business applications Trains HRIS & HR personnel on system processing and creates the required training documentation, provides direct daily support and information sharing with the HR Analyst Continuously identifies process and design efficiencies, recommends, documents & implements change as appropriate Audits and maintains configurations in the HR, Payroll, and Time systems to support ongoing system performance Key lead in UKG Pro system upgrades to include testing, auditing, change management and documentation Works on other projects and assignments, as required for business requirements and team support May be assigned other duties as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

18 years of age or older Eligible to work in the United States Willing to work onsite in the Sugarland, TX office, Monday-Friday  Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field of study or equivalent combination of experience and education A minimum of 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience in an HR, Payroll, and Time Systems role is required. 5+ years of UKG Pro, UKG UTA, & UKG BI/Cognos experience Intermediate/Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, including documents  Bilingual in English/Spanish, a plus Must be flexible to occasionally work extended hours to support our field operations across multiple time zones.  Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic communication. Pass a background check and drug screen.
