Job Description Summary
The HRIS team is responsible for owning and managing Lamb Weston’s HR technologies, supporting multiple business functions within the global business units at Lamb Weston. This team works closely with our stakeholders to provide technology solutions and services to enable them for success in carrying out business operations & launching strategic business projects.
The Senior HRIS Analyst will support Lamb Weston’s scheduling and timekeeping environment. Partnering with HR Service Center and the HR COE’s to creatively develop, design and streamline processes. Assures deliverables meet or exceed organizational objectives and aligns with HR strategies.
This role will require thorough knowledge and understanding of core Time, Absence, Scheduling and Payroll, practices, and experience implementing and administering HR technologies for large enterprise companies. This role reports to the Manager of HR Systems.
Job Description
Act as the technical expert for the HR COE(s) and HR Service Center and assist with project tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, user acceptance testing support, technical system testing, etc. such as requirements gathering, design validation, user acceptance testing support, technical system testing, etc.Responsible for the end-to-end processes related to scheduling and time keeping including identifying process gaps and providing guidance on process improvements.Responsible for Dayforce configuration to support global/local enhancements or change requests that are scalable for future growth.Ability to understand the impacts of changes to Dayforce processes on other technology platforms and on downstream platforms and process to ensure appropriate parties are advised.Partner with the HR Service Center team to build reports and queries to drive self-service.Manage reporting accuracy by reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling relevant data according to established timelines, standards, and procedures.Serve as a technical expertise for cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities within established constraints.Perform thorough review of business requirements as provided to determine feasibility of the request, provide additional functional solutions and work with the HR Service Center, HR COE’s and other business partners to deliver the requirements.Serve as a Tier III system support for technical issues related to the use or functionality of Dayforce; act as the escalation point for Dayforce process or configuration issues raised by end users.Proactively share knowledge with Tier II and Tier I support teams: must be able to develop user procedures, guidelines, documentation, end-user training resources and communications for Dayforce. Additionally, mentor team members on the HRIS team through sharing skill sets and knowledge.Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to Dayforce functionality and the configuration requirements to support all enhancements, incidents, and project configuration work.Be accountable for the integrity of the Dayforce system, ensuring it remains compliant and meets business requirements for efficiency and change control.Responsible for engaging and consulting with payroll, the HR Service Center and business partners as the system expert to find solutions to current problems.Be accountable for developing, running and managing test scenarios for Dayforce, business delivered enhancements and upgrade.Proactively stay up to date on trends and developments within HR systems and technology and proactively share ideas and information regarding best practices and trends.Ongoing development of enhancements for Employee, Manager and Business Partners Self-Service.Conduct integrations review with various vendors as needed.Research and address data integrity issues and/or errors (i.e., back-end data, position, and organization management processes). Ensure a high level of data integrity is maintained and transactions are accurate.Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Education/ Certifications:
A bachelor’s degree in management of information systems, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.Skills and Experience:
A minimum of five (5) years of HR technology experience.Minimum, of three (3) years of experience with a Timekeeping/Scheduling system include but not limited to: configuring schedule templates, employee qualifications, absence management, pay rules, process development, data management, creating customer schedule reports, etc.Experience with Dayforce is preferred.Ability to work independently on assignments and projects and perform a diverse array of responsibilities and duties.Prior experience and proven results as part of an implementation team is required.Experience with the building and maintenance of calculated fields is strongly preferred.Strong technical and working knowledge of HR systems, applications, theory, and practice.Proficiency with data conversion and mapping.Ability to provide, in user-friendly terms, sound ideas and solutions to end users on HR systems-related questions, tasks, projects and reports.An ability to build relationships with internal and cross-functional team members as well as external partners at all levels of the organization.Excellent written communication.Ability to accurately document system configurations with attention to detailDemonstrates an understanding of business objectives both internally and externally which impacts on the company’s ability to achieve its objectives.Physical Environment/Demands:

A candidate’s work location could also impact the actual compensation being outside of the range to reflect local cost of labor. A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $80,810.00 - $121,200.00
