Honeywell’s\nACST team is seeking a Senior HSE Engineer for our Broomfield, CO location.

•\nDevelop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the\norganization's mission, ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmental\nresponsibility.
•\nEnsure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and\nenvironmental regulations, permits, and certifications.
•\nStay updated on changing regulations and industry best practices.
•\nDevelop and implement proactive safety measures, training, and policies to\nprevent accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses in the workplace.
 • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits\nto identify and mitigate potential hazards, providing engineering solutions and\npreventive measures.
•\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for HSE-related\nincidents, including accidents and environmental emergencies.
 • Develop and manage the HSE budget, allocate\nresources, and seek cost-effective solutions to maintain high standards of\nhealth, safety, and environmental protection.
 • Promote environmental sustainability by\nimplementing eco-friendly practices and minimizing the environmental impact of\nthe organization's operations.
•\nLeverage advanced technology solutions to enhance safety and environmental\nmonitoring, reporting, and incident response.
 • Collaborate with various internal\ndepartments, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective\ncommunication, training, and education on HSE matters.
The annual base\nsalary for this position is $85,600.00 - $107,000.00 Please note that this\nsalary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various\nfactors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and\nresponsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and\ntraining, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
U.S. Citizenship is required due contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

5 + years of in-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance
