As a Sr HSE Engineer - Integrated Supply Chain Aerospace here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility within our aerospace operations. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the well-being of employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting sustainability. You will report directly to our HSE Manager and work full time onsite at our Minneapolis, MN location.
In this role, you will impact our Honeywell Aerospace business unit by developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs that ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices. Your leadership in driving continuous improvement in HSE performance will not only protect our workforce but also enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

The salary range for this position is ($87,200-$109,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations.
+ Lead and support incident investigations to determine thorough root cause corrective actions (RCCAs)
+ Utilize and implement health and safety programs.
+ Identify HSE process gaps while implementing/recommending process improvements.
+ Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders on health and safety matters.
+ Work with greater HSE team regarding health and safety programs.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 3+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Proficiency in health and safety regulations and best practices.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
+ Advanced degree or certifications in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or Engineering is a plus.
+ Passion for promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
+ Ability to work effectively in a self-managed, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
