Sr HSE Engineer

\nAs a Senior HSE Engineer at Honeywell Sensing Solutions, you will be a key leader in driving health, safety, and environmental (HSE) excellence across our manufacturing facility. You will provide expert guidance, technical support, and leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate HSE requirements while fostering a culture of safety, awareness, and accountability.
You will report to the Sr HSE Manager and work out of our manufacturing site in Boyne City, MI in person.

YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nMinimum of 5 years of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) experience.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nWE VALUE
\n\nBachelor of Science degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Engineering or related field.\nMichigan Industrial Stormwater operator certification is a plus\nStrong expertise in occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.\nExperience implementing and managing HSE programs in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to analyze risks, develop solutions, and drive a culture of safety.\nExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.\nKnowledge of Six Sigma tools and behavior-based safety strategies is a plus.\nAbility to travel occasionally up to 5%.\n\nBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL
