As Sr HSE Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the well-being of our employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting sustainability initiatives by partnering with site operations and leadership. You will join a team of site HSE staff and report directly to our HSE Manager. This is a full time, onsite role at our Minneapolis, MN location.

The salary range for this position is ($87,200-$109,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure compliance with\n all relevant environmental regulations, permits, certifications, and\n management of change (MOC) requests.Lead and support\n environmental incident investigations to determine thorough root cause\n corrective actions (RCCAs)Develop and implement\n HSE Environmental programs and initiatives that conform to internal and\n external management systems and performance metricsConduct environmental\n risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate\n potential process gaps while implementing/recommending environmental\n engineering solutions, preventive measures, and process improvements.Collaborate with various\n internal departments, senior management, and external stakeholders to\n ensure effective communication, training, and education on HSE\n Environmental matters.Mentor less senior HSE\n engineers regarding HSE Environmental programs, requirements and decision\n making.

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years directly\n responsible for Environmental program management and/or Environmental\n engineeringProficiency in\n environmental regulations and best practicesProficiency with\n Microsoft Office Suite
