The Construction Craft Recruiting Coordinator will work out of our Deer Park office and provide front office support to that office as well as support to Craft Recruiters, in the areas of construction recruiting. Responsibilities include greeting job seekers as they come into our Deer Park office, helping interested professionals connect with opportunities, coordinating interview activities, maintaining resume tracking system, and providing general administrative assistance. Responsible to get offers out to candidates, along with handling the onboarding process. This person must follow up and ensure that all onboarding paperwork is complete and accurate. Will oversee running background reports and initiating the 1-9 forms. This role will be supporting the mass hiring for multiple construction projects and must be comfortable working with a high volume of candidates.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the front door of the Deer Park Creek office, greeting job seekers as they come into the office seeking employment.
* May have general office responsibilities (placing supply orders etc)
* Will report into the Deer Park office 5 days a week
* General administrative duties include telephone coverage, mail preparation, internet usage, human resource information system reports, memos, researching and obtaining documentation.
* Coordinates the applicant process, including scheduling interviews, making travel arrangements, and creating related correspondence.
* Maintains data in resume tracking system. Enters requisition information and applicant data.
* Schedules activities, special events, and career fairs.
* Tracks and codes invoices for interviews and transportation.
* Develops internal and external relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers.
* May be responsible for generating ad hoc reports, or assigned special projects as required.
* May have responsibility for coordinating and scheduling special activities such as drug testing, contingent workers, campus events, or reduction-in-force.
* May be responsible for ordering recruiting materials.

**Minimum Qualifications**
